The Role at a Glance:
As the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our garment printing business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team of professionals, inspire their best performance, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective success.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and partners, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

You have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the garment printing or related industry.
You possess a deep understanding of the garment printing business, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry challenges.

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.
The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $175,000 - $213,000 per year
