Job Description SummaryThe HR Coordinator will support a face paced HR department with day-to-day operations.
Job Description
Benefits Administration:
Support HR team with Benefits projects
Process monthly billings to include invoices and reconciliation
Assist with benefit enrollment and other benefit related qualifying event changes
Reporting and analysis
Field benefit related employee calls while providing strong customer service and support

General HR:
Support HR Team with ad hoc projects to include I-9 compliance, data integrity and HR reporting
Assist with recruiting efforts for US sites to include job requisitions, job postings, and other related tasks
Facilitate the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of supporting documentation such as new hire and termination packets.

Additional Job Description
Minimum of 2 years of HR Coordinator experience, including related benefits administration experience; preferably having familiarity with practical application of benefit plans and applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and/or experience
Experience using Workday strongly preferred
Strong MS Office experience
Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information
Have a can-do attitude coupled with a team based orientation and strong collaborative work style
