 Job Title: INFORMATION MANAGEMENT / INFORMATION SYSTEMS - GENERIC (ADMINISTRATIVE) - IT SPECIALIST

Location: Princeton, NJ 
Duration: 6 months
 
Job Description:
Specialist providing support to the IT Contract Compliance and IT Supplier Lifecyle Management functions within IT Operations.

The position is primarily responsible for:
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources (i.e., Ariba Contracting, Ariba Requestion, Service Now, etc.,)
  • Create proactive dashboards for IT Supplier Lifecycle Management
  • Support the IT Supplier Lifecycle onboarding process by reviewing weekly Procurement reports to identify new Suppliers
  • Engage with Digital Capability Managers (DCM) to initiate IT Software Prior Endorsement and IT Service Business Needs form
  • Assist process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate IT Supplier Lifecycle Management processes
  • Maintain and enhance the IT Support Lifecycle Management SharePoint including, but not limited to the Prior Endorsement & Contract Review forms
  • Manage requests and workflows related to contract review requests, either manually, through SharePoint, or ServiceNow
  • Facilitate contracts, including approvals and signature, through the Client contract management system
  • Perform contract management administrative tasks

Skills Set:
  • Advanced knowledge in MS SharePoint, specifically experience in creating SharePoint lists with Power Apps workflows
  • Experience building Tableau Dashboards using data from an Enterprise Data Lake and other data sources, such as MS Excel
  • Proficient in creating MS Visio workflows & PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience using Service Now and/or Ariba a plus
  • Effective communication both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge and experience in IT is a plus
  • 6 - 8 years of work experience

Operations Manager 4 - Ridgefield Park, NJ - 6+ Months Contract

Position: Operations Manager 4


Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ.
 
Duration: 6+ Months with Possibility of extension.
 
Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to support Client Customer Care CE Operation Project/Program Management activities including project plan creation, resource planning, and project status monitoring & reporting. The goal of the Project/Program Manager is to support on-time, in-scope/budget projects. In order to achieve the highest project performance, the person in this position is expected to maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders within the division and cross-divisionally where applicable. Also, require advanced PowerPoint skills with capability of storytelling visually.

We are looking for candidates to stay on long-term (contract to hire).
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage 4-7 ongoing projects portfolio within the CE Operation
• Support business leads in the creation of project plans, deployment & handover plans, resource plans
• Ensure that all projects have required documentation as they move through the project tollgates
• Collaborate with program developers and business leads to keep project in scope
• Communicate to leadership on project status and escalation/decision points
 
Background/Experience:
• Education - Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Masters-level degree a plus but not required(or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years hands-on project management experience with budgets >$50K
• 4+ years strategic planning and project development experience
• Experience communicating with mid-level to top-level leaders (status reports, emails, presentations, in-person meetings)
• Working knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, Documentation practices, and systems
• PMP certification a plus, Six Sigma certification a plus
• Experience working in a global organization a plus
 
Necessary Skills/Attributes:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client service driven with excellent relationship management skills
• Ability to effectively engage with and facilitate collaboration with diverse groups/stakeholders
• Team oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Self-directed, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

PACS Training Manager position - Remote PACS Training Manager position

 TITLE of JOB/Consultant needed: PACS Trainer

LOCATION: 100% Remote (EST)

Start Date: May 10th, 2021

LOA: 3+ Months

 

Insert Job Description: Client is upgrading their imaging/radiology system to IBM Merge PACS 8.0

  • Day to Day Duties/Project Details: Resource would be responsible for  hands on training of the radiologists on new functionalities, develop the training plans & conduct video trainings, as well as develop tip sheets to share with end users. There may be some assistance needed with testing the functionality of the system as well. Developing and planning strategies, and providing technical support. Training end-users and designing programs to improve management of the system.

 

Must Have Skills:

3+ years with PACS Applications

Knowledge of PACS 8.0 System

  • Knowledge of the HL7 / DICOM standard in theory and practice
  • Basic knowledge of database structures and can create database queries (e.g. SQL)
  • Basic knowledge of current server operating systems, virtual environments and networks as well as the safe handling of client hardware / software
  • Understanding of diagnostic images and workflows with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Radiological Information Systems (RIS)
  • Working knowledge of VPN (virtual private network) and NAT (network address translation) technologies
